Training Specialist

I bring over 20 years of HVAC experience to the team. After starting in refrigeration and transitioning into light commercial and residential, where I spent most of my career, a shoulder injury moved me out of the field sooner than expected. This new opportunity arrived at the perfect time, allowing me to focus on teaching and helping young technicians succeed.

Customer Experience Manager

With 14 years of experience in the HVAC industry, I bring a strong background in business development, customer service management, and sales leadership. I spent six years with Johnstone Supply Hull Group, developing the Northwest Iowa territory and key Sioux City accounts, and later supported private contractors in managing and improving their service departments. I also served four years with a large St. Louis area HVAC company, specializing in staff development, soft-skills training, and profitable maintenance program management, ultimately growing maintenance enrollments to 2,000. After retiring and relocating to Sioux Falls in 2025, I returned in October to join the team as Customer Experience Manager. In this role, I focus on helping contractors strengthen their maintenance programs, elevate soft-skills performance, and better understand the financial drivers of their business.
