Available for installs or service calls.
One of our HVAC Training Specialists will come to your location and do a ride along for the day with your technician that may need some on the job training. Hours are negotiable, but we expect an 8 hour day for a trainer to offer advice, train on the job, and offer feedback to the manager/owner.

This is not an “add a tech” to your fleet for a day, but rather an assist to your technicians needing some training to grow in the HVAC field. We will use each service call or install as a training opportunity, which means each call may take a little longer than you’re used to.
Multiple days are not only acceptable, but encouraged!

$600/day - $300/day if the technician has attended a Tech U class
