2- Day HVAC Electrical Training- Casper

We will begin from the very basics of electricity and build a series of common circuits such as series, parallel, series-parallel, switching and relays to wiring primary and secondary circuits. Meter use, measurements, and understanding of each circuit and measurements will be emphasized clearly and simply. Each student will then move on to more interesting and complex circuits. Students will wire a complete series of components on an open board creating an example of a basic heating system and a basic cooling system. Then the student will wire a combination heating and cooling system and learn sequence of operation for both. Reading, following, and understanding wiring diagrams is emphasized throughout the class. We will progress from the instructor’s hand drawn whiteboard diagrams and schematics to student created diagrams on paper and then to manufacturers wiring diagrams and schematics. This class is very hands-on! Troubleshooting will be emphasized.
